London Toy Fair 2019: HEO and Revell

Oh, you thought I just took photos of Pop Vinyls before my old legs gave up and I had to go have a sandwich and a nap? Well you (partly) thought wrong. Because not only did I check out some new releases via distributor, HEO and some cool stuff from Revell.

HEO are one of those companies that bring Japanese and American toys and statues to UK retailers. I took a few photos of some items you can expect to see in Forbidden Planet or your local comic shop.

I have these on pre-order so expect a review

This is something new, a wooden star wars kit.

Figures from the mini egg attack Marvel series

Kotobukiya's Star Wars bounty hunters

Kotobukiya Professor X

Kotobukiya Storm

Bishop

Beast, specs included

Cyclops and Phoenix

First 4 Figures' Dark Souls Solaire of Astoria

I checked out the Revell booth and was pleasantly surprised to see the latest and future releases in their Star Wars kits, and more. Revell have always tried to cover all skill levels of model making, from easy-fit kits which require no glue and little to no painting, to high end kits, like the Star wars "master" range (which was the Fine Molds kits resold for the western market), and we get more of that here. Not only were Revell showing off a range of "easy-click", low cost kits- which still have an excellent level of detail, but they are also releasing the Bandai Star Wars kits in Europe. On top of that, I saw a couple of cool kits, and their line of RC cars.

Easy-click Millennium Falcon

Easy-click x-wing

From what I could see, it looked like R2 could come out

Just wanted to show how super clear the canopy is

Easy-click Vader's TIE fighter

Easy-click Snow speeder

Easy-click TIE Interceptor

Yes, that is the perfect grade Bandai falcon. Photo etch and all
