London Toy Fair 2020: Sixteen 12

Sixteen 12 are a maker of high-end collectibles specialising in cult, British tv shows and  movies. At London Toy Fair they had a booth showing off an all Gerry Anderson line up of limited items, items yet to come and a great big replica Eagle that you can't even buy now but it was worth taking photos of anyway.

These six inch Space: 1999 figures are only at the prototype stage. Even the boxes are mock-ups. The final product will have articulation and come with a comlock and stun gun.

Replicas of the stun gun and comlock that are fully functional with lights, including a light-up monitor on the comlock, sound FX, and original dialogue from the show.

From UFO come a die cast metal Shadow control vehicle and a UFO interceptor on its own display base.

The Thunderbird 1 and 3 are from the signature collection. Very limited (only 100 of each made) reproductions of the models used in Thunderbirds (TB1 is 24 inches long, TB3 is 29) and each come with a stand and a hand signed plaque by voice of Scott Tracy, Shane Rimmer and voice of Alan Tracy, Matt Zimmerman.

Electronic Eagle docking pad. This comes with working landing lights and sound FX and speech samples from the show, and one die cast eagle transporter.

Extra Eagles for the landing pad

This is the limited "episode collection"; collector sets or die cast eagles in various configurations based on how they appear in specific episodes of Space: 1999- because some eagle designs only appear in one episode.

This isn't available to buy now, as only 200 were made, but I felt it was worth showing this amazing "studio scale" replica of the original model used in the show. It's 44 inches long, the engine bells are aluminium, and you just make out the pilot behind the cockpit window.

A retro inspired line of die cast UFO vehicles made to resemble (but with more detail) the Dinky toys originally made from UFO and Space: 1999.
