Lego Movie 2: Benny's Space Squad
Can you hear that? Concentrate and listen really hard, and you can hear the crying of those people who paid well over the odds for a Benny mini-figure on ebay, back when the Lego movie came out. For those that couldn't afford the spaceship (or SPACESHIP!) or missed the double sofa set, and had enough sense not to feed the scalper economy, your patience has been rewarded. Good for you!

A monsterous selfie
Because uses camera to photos of anything but themselves these days? Well, apart from weirdos who like to take pictures of toys.

I ain't afraid of no blind bag mini-figure!
Do zombie pirates count as ghosts? Or would the proton beams simply tear his body apart and make a right old mess? Leave that conundrum to Dan Aykroyd, because I'm too jazzed by the latest Lego mini-figure line, the theme being monsters. And just in time for Halloween. I grabbed a random bag at a Lego store and got the zombie pirate, who comes with a big old sword, hook, beard, and excellent, painted on, detail that shows off the decaying skin. And with the use of a Tamashii Stage (act.5 for mechanics to be exact) and some blu-tack, you can give your Lego Ghostbusters a supernatural foe to battle.

Lego TIE Advanced Prototype: A literal lucky bag
So I was in the Lego store I tend frequent (due to it being near to where my partner works), and one of the store assistants mentioned that they still had some left over polybag kits, from one of their promotional days- where you turn up and build a little kit, then get to take it home. So it pays to be friendly with you local Lego store, and to have that VIP card. Because they need that feedback and who doesn't like free Lego?
