London Toy Fair 2019: Funko

Check us out! I got to go to London Toy Fair this year (good for me) and, along with people from the toy and retail industry- looking to see what might be this year's big seller. So I had a little look  and took some photos of stuff you might be interested in, including some things you may not be aware of yet.

Here's both Jem and Pizazz from the original 80s cartoon, Jem and the Holograms. No sign of the other bandmates.
Please, Funko, do the other bandmates with their respective instruments

These are the latest Star wars pop vinyls, with an obvious Return of the Jedi theme running through this wave.

It looks faint, but the camo patches are on Solo's coat

When you have the nicest hair in the whole rebel fleet

Leah in her casual "don't barbecue my boyfriend" attire

nub-nub!

Yes, the baby ewok is flocked

Always handy in a power outage, is old Palpatine
Shouldn't Phasma be taller?

"Lads! Lads! Look what I found in the park!"

"So I said to him, "look, George. I want an extra fiver an hour or I'm not doing it!"

Also on display are the pops for the upcoming Captain Marvel movie.
Chase "mohawk" variant

Captain Marvel in Kree uniform

Captain Marvel in her proper outfit

Nick Fury, before the eyepatch

There's your Skrull, right there

Something tells me the cat is gonna be popular

Batman, as ever, is always popular and Funko has made pop vinyls based on various incarnations. Below is a pop based on his first appearance design, the '66 TV series, the silver age comic design and the 89 movie.
First appearance Batman

89 movie batman

You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses, would ya?

It's the car? Chicks love the car

Same bat-time. Same bat-rooftop

As you'd expect from Funko, there's pop vinyls based on many TV, films, and video games. For starters there's Dirty dancing
ironically, they put baby in the corner

Titanic

Romeo and Juliet

Die Hard

Kubo and the Two Strings

GLOW

Sailor Moon

Aggretsuko

Not displayed out of the box (but to the left) is angry Aggretsuko doing the "metal" hands

Game of Thrones

Overwatch

Also on display were unpainted prototypes of a new Warhammer 40,000 pops

Something else that I hadn't seen before were these box sets of mini-figures- based on Scooby-Doo, TeenTitans, and Harry Potter. Not unlike the mini-figure sets you can get at the Disney store, but in the style of the funko minis you would normally buy in blind boxes.
